Homeopathy isn't a trend for me. It's what raised me, and it's what's raising my kids.

ABOUT ME

Homeopathy has been part of my story for as long as I can remember.

As a child, a young woman and now as a mother, I’ve experienced firsthand just how powerful having homeopathy in your corner can feel.

Growing up, I suffered significantly from asthma, eczema and hay fever. But in my family, natural medicine was simply part of life. Homeopathic remedies and trips to the naturopath weren’t considered alternative or unusual, they were what we knew, what we trusted and what helped me navigate those years while still having a normal, fulfilling childhood.

By 19, I knew homeopathy was where I wanted to be, and I began studying at Nature Care College.

A year into my course, I went through one of the darkest periods of my life. I was experiencing severe depression and suicidal thoughts, and homeopathy became an incredibly significant part of how I found my way through it.

That experience changed my relationship with homeopathy completely.

I had grown up with it. I already believed in it enough to dedicate my career to it. But experiencing what it meant to me when I was at my absolute lowest made it deeply personal.

It was no longer simply something I wanted to study.

I knew this was something I wanted to dedicate my life to.

Then I became a mum.

With three boisterous boys and a little girl, I know firsthand that motherhood can be beautiful, relentless, messy and fucking hard.
My own children have had their share of health and behavioural challenges, and homeopathy has remained one of the tools I continually turn to in supporting my family.
It’s been there through the middle-of-the-night fevers, coughs, injuries and everyday illnesses, but also through the more complicated seasons of motherhood when there isn’t necessarily a quick or simple answer.
And I think that’s a huge part of why I work the way I do today.
I’m not speaking to mothers from a textbook.
I’m a practitioner, but I’m also a mum who has sat on the other side of this.
I know what it feels like to worry about your child, to question whether you’re making the right decision, to want answers, and to desperately want to feel like there is something you can do to support the people you love.

Nearly two decades later, I’m still learning.

After close to 18 years working in this field, I now consider myself a senior homeopath,  but I don’t believe becoming experienced means reaching a point where you decide you know everything.
If anything, experience has taught me the opposite.
The longer I practise, the more respect I have for just how individual people are.
Over the years, I’ve worked with families through everyday acute illness as well as complex, chronic cases. I’ve continued studying, questioning, observing and evolving the way I practise based on what I see in the people sitting in front of me.
I don’t believe in forcing every person into the same protocol.
I don’t believe a diagnosis tells me everything I need to know about the person experiencing it.
And I don’t believe good practice is about blindly following a formula.
I want to understand you. Your child. Your history. Your symptoms. What has changed. What matters most. And what has brought you to this point.
Because individualised care starts with understanding the individual.

And now, my work has grown beyond the consulting room.

A huge part of what I care about is giving people knowledge.

I run workshops and educational programs designed to help women and families better understand homeopathy and feel more confident using it in everyday life.

Because I don’t want people to feel completely dependent on a practitioner for every little thing.

I want mums to understand what’s in their remedy kit. I want them to know what they’re looking for. I want them to feel more capable when someone gets sick at 2am,  while also understanding when something is beyond home care and additional support is needed.

And after years of building my own practice, making mistakes, learning what works and becoming the practitioner I am today, another part of my work has emerged that feels incredibly important to me:

Supporting the next generation of homeopaths.

Through The Embodied Homeopath™, I mentor homeopaths who have learned the medicine but are discovering that knowing homeopathy and actually becoming a confident practitioner are two very different things.

I help them strengthen their clinical thinking, trust themselves, navigate the realities of working with clients, build boundaries and systems, become visible, market their work and create practices that are sustainable for the lives they actually want to live.

Because after almost two decades in this profession, I don’t just want to help the families sitting in front of me.

I want to help create better, more confident practitioners who can take this work into thousands more homes than I ever could alone.

That feels like the natural next chapter of everything I’ve spent my career building.

Whether I’m sitting across from a mum worried about her child, teaching a room full of people how to use homeopathy at home, or mentoring a practitioner who is learning to trust her own voice, the heart of my work is really the same:

Knowledge. Confidence. Individualised care. And helping people feel more empowered in the choices they make for themselves, their families and their practice.

I’m incredibly grateful that this is the work I get to do.

And I’m so glad you’re here.
