ILLNESS KIT REMEDIES

• Aconite - For use at the first sign of any illness
• Apis - For sore throat, swelling around eyes and flushes of heat
• Belladonna - For fever, earaches and sore throat
• Byronia - For dry cough and fever
• Ossuclinimum - A preventative remedy for times of heightened exposure to illness 
• Ars Alb - For gastro, food poisoning and anxiety
• Gelsenium - For fatigue, diarrhoea and headache
• Ant Tart - For chesty cough and wheezing
• Causticum - For night coughs
• Hepar Sulph - For tonsillitis

Also included in your kit is an instructional guide on how to best use the kit, as well as an optional Home Prescribing Book to help you learn how to recognise and administer each remedy. 

The remedy descriptions given are very generalised.  Each remedy has an extensive picture of symptoms it can help with. The instructional booklet included with each kit provides more detailed explanations of how to use each remedy and how to get the best support and outcome from them.
